 
                            A teenager has been seriously injured after being hit by a car in Oldham this morning (Friday).
The pedestrian, who is 17 years old, was rushed to hospital after a crash on Glodwick Road.
It happened at around 8am and the road remains closed to motorists in both directions.
The North West Ambulance Service said an ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and an advanced paramedic were in attendance.
B6194 Glodwick Road in Oldham is closed in both directions due to a police incident. Expect delays in the area with A669 Lees Road likely to be busier than usual #TfGMTraffic
