The Saddleworth Tractor Group's Christmas Eve run brought a travelling dash of joy and excitement across the community.
A convoy of tractors big and small, draped in creative sets of lights, began their run from the Diggle Hotel.
They visited Dobcross Square, King Street, Delph, High Street, Uppermill, The Royal George and The Clarence, Greenfield, returning to The Diggle Hotel via Chew Valley Road and Uppermill.
They raised more than £1,600 for The Salvation Army on the night but organisers say the final figure will be posted on their site on New Year's Eve.
