Rotary offers defibrillator support to hospice

Rotary Oldham Metro are keeping up a long tradition of supporting Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Royton by buying a training defibrillator.

The picture shows President Garvin Crabtree presenting the Defibrillator to Sarah Longmore EOL, watched on the left by Chief Executive Joanne Sloan and Adele Doherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Clinical Services.

Sarah Longmore commented how much easier it will be to give regular training having their own machine and not having to borrow one.

Rotary Oldham Metro is arranging a tour of the newly refurbished Hospice.

President Garvin Crabtree said Rotary Oldham Metro are proud to support the hospice’s important work and will be looking to offer more support in the future.
