Police are appealing for information following a collision in Chadderton which left an elderly pedestrian with serious injuries.
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is urging anyone who witnessed the crash involving a motorcyclist and a pedestrian at around 9:35am on Middleton Road, yesterday (Monday) to come forward.
The victim, believed to be in his 80s, suffered injuries described as serious but not life threatening.
The male rider of the motorcycle remained at the scene of the collision to assist officers.
Police are now appealing for any witnesses to the collision, particularly anybody who may have dashcam footage of the incident.
