Police want to speak to this man (pictured) following the theft of a mobile phone from Boots in Town Square Shopping Centre in Oldham.
The incident occurred on Thursday, April 30 at around 12:30pm.
Officers would like to speak with this person as they believe he may be able to help with their enquiries.
