Police are appealing for information following the tragic death of a 57-year-old man on Junction 22 of the M60 early today.
The pedestrian suffered significant injuries and died at the scene after being struck by a vehicle at around 3:56am this morning (Sunday).
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident at the Hollinwood Interchange to come forward.
They are also keen to speak to anyone who may have any footage from the area in the moments leading up to the accident.
