People living with multiple sclerosis is being invited to join an information and discussion event held by The MS Society in Oldham.
It will take place on Thursday 6 July at The Honeywell Centre on Hadfield Street.
The free event will share information about the work of the group, with a guest speaker from Citizens Advice on claiming PiP and other benefits.
There will also be information on the importance of power of attorney and will making. More than 5,000 people live with MS in the across Greater Manchester, with over 400 of these in Oldham. It damages nerves in your body and makes it harder to do everyday things, like walk, talk, eat and think.
The Oldham group offer services to support and enable this community including reflexology, social activities, exercise classes, counselling, grants and information on living well with MS.
Light refreshments will be provided free of charge.
The venue is ground floor and fully accessible. Free parking is available onsite.
