A special charity which supports and provides opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Oldham is looking for 30 sponsors to help it to host a jubilant occasion.
Pennine Mencap, based on Union Street, is a charity which supports individuals throughout Oldham, Tameside and Greater Manchester.
It has set itself an exciting challenge for its Celebration Ball £100 sponsor appeal with the event to be held on November 22.
This is a jubilant occasion which celebrates the hard work and achievements over the year, as well as providing an amazing night for all who attend.
It is a black-tie affair featuring a three-course meal, live entertainment, a raffle, as well as a well-anticipated auction.
To support the running of this event, Pennine Mencap relies on the amazing sponsors of the event.
A spokesperson for Pennine Mencap said: “Our challenge is to raise awareness and search sponsors to fund this momentous occasion.
“Any funds raised from the Celebration Ball greatly underpin the work of the Charity, allowing us to continue our in-demand support and services.
“If this poster and announcement could be shared, we would greatly appreciate the raised awareness.”
Sponsors willing to help can call Pennine Mencap on 0161 6271025.
