A local donor is matching donations to a campaign creating opportunities for young people in Oldham.
The donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, will be matching pound for pound, up to £50,000, donations to Mahdlo Youth Zone.
Chief Executive at Mahdlo Youth Zone, Lucy Lees, announced the pledge on 14 September at the organisation’s first face-to-face business breakfast.
Mahdlo gives young people aged 8 to 19, or up to 25 with a disability, the opportunity to try something new, go somewhere new, find new hobbies and make friends.
You can pledge a donation here till the 31 October at https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/charity-web/charity/displayCharityCampaignPage.action?campaignId=18566&charityId=1016541
