Man hospitalised after Chadderton crash

A man has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into railings in Chadderton this morning (Monday).

It happened in Broadway at around 9.25am. 

The male driver of the black Vauxhall Corsa has been taken to hospital but the extent of his injuries is unknown.  

Greater Manchester Police say no arrests have been made but are encouraging anyone who may have witnessed the collision to call the non-emergency number 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
