Man charged with teenager's murder in Oldham

A 20-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Ahsad Khan in Oldham last weekend.

Raheel Khan, of Cheviot Avenue, has been charged with one count of murder and will appear at Tameside Magistrates' Court today (Thursday). 

The teenager was stabbed to death following a street brawl in the early hours of Sunday morning (February 16).

He was knifed on Cheviot Avenue after a fight involving 'a small group of men'. 

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries but was pronounced dead a short time later.
