A 31-year-old man has been charged with rape following an alleged attack in Royton in Oldham.
Greater Manchester Police has confirmed that Kieron Murray will appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Saturday (21 May).
Mr Murray, of Glen View in Royton, has been charged with rape.
It follows an alleged incident in an alleyway on 31 October last year.
