A man has been charged with the attempted murder of two women in Oldham.
Jayden Hayes , 24, of no fixed abode, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Stockport Magistrates court tomorrow [Thursday 9 July].
The first incident took place on 1 November 2019 when a 61-year-old woman was stabbed on Longfield Crescent in Oldham.
Then, 19 days later on Wednesday 20 November a 71-year-old woman was attacked by a man with a knife in an alleyway off Stoneleigh Street, Derker.
Both women were taken to hospital with serious injuries and have since been discharged.
