A man has been charged after a woman was taken to hospital with stab injuries in Oldham.
Stephen Turnock, 40, of Clyde Street, Oldham, has been charged with two section 18 assaults and two counts of criminal damage following an incident on Sunday.
He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (18 May).
Officers rushed to an address on Clyde Street at around 8.40am on Sunday morning (16 May), after being contacted by North West Ambulance Service.
A 40-year-old woman was found with stab injuries and taken to hospital.
Police said she was is in a serious but non-life-threatening condition.
