A man and a woman of no fixed address have been charged with the murder of Martin Shaw in Oldham.
Jason Wadsworth (36) was due to appear before Manchester Minshull Street Court today (Tuesday), and Jemma Marshall (36), is on police bail.
A trial is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 6, 2025.
The charges come after Martin Shaw was brutally assaulted in September 2023 but sadly died two months later.
