Gang of muggers attack teenager in Oldham

Muggers punched a teenager in the head and stole his bag.

The attack happened on New Year's Eve at around 9:30pm, on Featherstall Road North in Oldham.

The 16-year-old boy was walking down the road when the gang demanded the victim’s bag and threatened him.

The victim refused and was subsequently assaulted.

The suspects then fled the scene taking the victim’s bag before he was taken to hospital by officers after calling the police.

Officers are appealing to the public for any further information about the four muggeers.
