Eight fire engines tackled a huge fire at a commercial premises in Oldham last night.
Crews were called out to contain the blaze at the building on Mold Street, Coldhurst, at around 10.30pm.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “Eight fire engines and a number of specialist appliances were called to the fire at the commercial premises.
“Crews arrived quickly and used breaking in gear and breathing apparatus to access the building before successfully extinguishing the fire.
“Firefighters remain in attendance at this time to dampen down and ensure the area is safe.”
