Award-winning discount card to help local shoppers

Multi award-winning discount scheme My VIP Card has been launched across Glossop, Oldham and East Manchester.

It will give local shoppers access to thousands of discounts, help them to save money and support their local high street.

My VIP Card, the UK’s fastest growing local business loyalty scheme, was launched by Founder Maddy Alexander-Grout in 2017 to support local businesses by offering a network of discounts to UK shoppers.

The scheme offers members a virtual card and pin drop function, so they never miss a local discount, and we ensure that local businesses that are part of the scheme are promoted both locally and beyond.

The scheme has been launched in East Manchester by Lauren Johnson, as My VIP Card looks to expand its offering locally and help support the local community.

Lauren commented: "I am extremely proud and excited to be launching My VIP Card in Manchester East, Glossop & Oldham. It has never been more important for all of us to support our local community and businesses and our membership will allow shoppers to benefit from thousands of discounts whilst promoting local shops.

"This will not only strengthen our community locally but will also promote our amazing shops to the national network and encourage more shoppers to visit our high streets."

You can find out more by emailing manchestereast@myvipcard.co.uk, or visit @myvipcardmanchestereast on Facebook or Instagram.

Maddy Alexander-Grout, Founder of My VIP Card, added: "I created My VIP Card to help the local high street also give back to the community and our unique membership scheme has proven to do this.

"It supports local businesses by raising awareness and actively encourages shoppers to benefit from local discounts. We are delighted to be expanding our offering in Manchester East and look forward to helping even more businesses in the local community."
