Appeal to find elderly Failsworth man's next of kin

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace the next of kin of an elderly man from Failsworth.

Eric Jones, 71, passed away at his home address on Nursery Road, Failsworth, on Thursday 10 September.

It is believed Eric may have had a brother who lives in the Oldham area.

Greater Manchester Police say there are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

Anyone with information about Eric's next of kin should contact the Police Coroner's Office in Oldham on 0161 856 8095.
