All the Bee Network bus services affected by synagogue attack on Friday

Bus services remain disrupted in north Manchester this morning following the terrorist attack at a Crumpsall synagogue on Thursday (October 2).

Two men — Adrian Daulby, 53, and Melvin Cravitz, 66 — died in the 9:30am incident outside the Heaton Park Congregation Synagogue. Three others were seriously injured in hospital, and another was also hurt.

Police have kept two cordons in place across north Manchester, closing Langley Crescent and Middleton Road.

The closures have impacted bus services, Bee Network chiefs have confirmed. In a statement on Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TFGM) website, they said: “Due to a police incident on Middleton Road, bus services are on diversion.”

41 and 59 services are now heading via Manchester New Road, Rochdale Road and Shudehill in both directions.
715 services are travelling via Ashtree Road, Crescent Road and Cheetham Hill Road, and 717 services are diverting via Plant Hill Road, Chapel Lane, Mill Brow, Delaunays Road, Ash Tree Road and Crescent Road.
Dozens of bus stops have subsequently been closed, it’s been confirmed. They are listed below.
