Derbyshire police were called to reports of an overturned car this morning on the A626 Glossop Road, Chisworth.
Officers attended the scene, where a Citreon C3 car had reportedly collided with an embankment and rolled, causing the road to become partially blocked.
A spokesperson from Derbyshire Police said:
“North West Ambulance service also attended and a woman with a suspected fractured wrist was taken to hospital. “
The car was recovered at around 11:40am, allowing queuing traffic between Long Lane in Charlesworth and Compstall Road, Marple to move freely again.
