Providing care for patients reaching the end of their life is a key part of the support provided by Blythe House Hospice and Helen's Trust.
Figures just released have revealed that in 2021 the Hospice at Home healthcare assistants delivered a staggering 20,143 hours of care.
Hospice at Home is open to patients in our local community who are within their last 12 months of life and wish to be cared for in the comfort of their own surroundings, with loved ones by their side.
