The incident happened on Monday evening on Manchester Road.
Derbyshire Constabulary were called to the scene of a collision on Manchester Road on Monday evening at 6:15pm.
A grey Vauxhall Adam Glam collided into a dry stone wall. The driver of the car was taken to hospital where they were treated for serious injuries that are not thought to be life changing or threatening.
