Plans have been submitted to clear the buildings from part of the former Charlesworth Nursery and Garden Centre site and build two new homes.
The site on Glossop Road has been vacant for a number of years.
The application is for two four-bedroomed dormer bungalows with associated access, infrastructure, and landscaping works.
The site includes the stockroom, a greenhouse, and a shed and there are also various dilapidated remains of other associated structures and hardstanding throughout.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
