This year's New Mills Festival starts on Friday (10 September), with a line-up of art, music, drama, comedy, talks and family fun.
The theme is 'Home' - exploring the meaning and feeling of what home means to everyone.
The festival, which is run entirely by volunteers, will end with the 'Light Up New Mills' event from 24 to 26 September - where homes and businesses in the town are invited to light up their buildings and illuminate the streets.
