Three applications that will see 13 new three-bedroomed homes in New Mills have been given the go ahead.
They will be built on land adjoining 152 Albion Road.
The proposals include three affordable homes to be built on the site that is adjacent to the Peak Forest Canal.
A terrace of four homes will face Albion Road, being two storeys to the front and four to the rear, while the remaining nine homes would overlook the canal.
