Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 40s was taken to hospital following an incident on Cemetery Road in Glossop yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).
It's understood the man came off his motorbike and suffered injuries to his chest.
A spokesperson for Derbyshire Constabulary told the Chronicle: "We were called to Cemetery Rd at 12.30pm to reports of a man in his 40s coming off his motorbike.
"He suffered chest injuries and was taken to hospital. Inquiries into what happened are continuing.
"Anyone with information should contact us quoting incident 363 of April 1."

Cemetery Road was closed at the junction of Redgate, where it turns into Park Road, for a period as a result.
