School life is getting back to normal at Padfield Community Primary, which had to close for a short time before the Easter holidays for building work.
The school’s friends’ group has held an online meeting to discuss ‘fun events’ it can organise for pupils up to the end of the year.
It is also hoped that the residential trip to Lea Green Outdoor Activities Centre, Matlock, on June 29 and 30, will now be able to go ahead.
PAS and dance club sessions are getting under way and a class four after school choir is starting on Thursdays, beginning on 13 May.
