Could you host two children from Belarus this summer?
The Chernobyl Children’s Project (Glossopdale and New Mills) is hoping to invite a group of 10 children in remission from cancer to the High Peak, and are looking for families to share their holiday.
Starting on either July 26 or August 5 for 10 days, the group is planning lots of fun activities which families are encouraged to join in.
The project supports children, families and young people in Belarus - the country worst affected by the 1986 nuclear disaster.
Glossopdale CCP (UK) has been bringing children from Belarus for recuperative holidays in the area for the last 20 years.
If you’re interested, get in touch with the group by calling 07547 191980 or message their Facebook page for more information and an application form.
