Charlesworth is to have a permanent memorial to Ken Dibble, who did so much for the village and its people in so many ways.
Parish councillors decided what form it should take at its latest meeting.
One suggestion was to place a plaque near the Town Lane well as Ken (pictured) was involved in the well dressings for many years.
A council member will speak to Ken’s family and friends to confirm their agreement for the plaque wording.
More details will be given at the July meeting.
