An application has been submitted for eight new homes to be built on the site of the former Zion Methodist Church in Simmondley.
Work is currently under way to demolish the former church, located on Simmondley Lane.
Now plans have been submitted for eight four and five bedroomed properties, both detached and semi-detached.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
