Glossopdale School and Sixth Form ended their Children in Need fundraising efforts on a sweet note with a lively "Bake Off" competition
Glossopdale School and Sixth Form ended their Children in Need fundraising efforts on a sweet note with a lively "Bake Off" competition, organised by the school’s Student Leadership Team. The event brought together students and staff in a fun and engaging way, raising funds for an important cause.
The competition saw an impressive lineup of culinary creations, with teachers showcasing their baking prowess (and humour) in front of the students.
Hosted by the school’s catering team - Mrs. Rowley, Ms. Hunt, and Mr. Binns—adding their own humour, with student leaders Hannah and Lexi as judges.
The coveted Pudsey Spoon Trophy, was awarded to Miss Logan for her delivious Swiss Roll. The event was made possible with the support of Ms. Dunkerley, who guided the students in organising it.
The event not only brought the school community closer together but also underscored the importance of contributing to worthy causes. Congratulations to Glossopdale School for their creativity, teamwork, and generosity in supporting Children in Need!
