Businesses across Glossop were given a boost this week, thanks to a random act of kindness by staff and pupils at St Luke's C of E Primary School.
The kind-hearted youngsters have written letters of appreciation thanking the businesses for all they do for the people of Glossop.
The cards, complete with drawings, have been very warmly received with many businesses posting online to say how touched they have been by the deliveries that included a bunch of daffodils.
Many of the cards are now taking pride of place on shops counters and in staff rooms.
