Glossop Business Network's September meeting - which was due to return to its usual Glossop Cricket Club base - will now take place over Zoom instead.
The group had planned to meet face-to-face but they will be meeting virtually again - as they have been over the last few months since lockdown started.
They have taken the decision on the back of Prime Minister Boris Johnson's announcement that both indoor and outdoor social gatherings of more than six people are banned by law from Monday 14 September.
The meeting will be on Friday 18 September from 12pm to 2pm.
The speaker is GBN founder Kathy Ford, of The Solutions Agency telephone marketing and relationship management and Temple Spa Hadfield and the High Peak.
