Plans for 20 shared ownership homes to be built on land at New Mills Football Club have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council.
A total of 10 three-bedroomed and ten two-bedroomed properties are proposed for the land off Church Lane.
The site is currently used for car parking and has a tennis court used for five-a-side football.
Early consultation has been carried out by the developer with local residents. They have raised a number of concerns including the increased traffic the development would create and parking on matchdays.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
