Police have issued an appeal for witnesses after a female was allegedly assaulted by a man in Glossop town centre in the early hours of the morning.
The female was walking home along High Street West from a night out in Glossop when the incident happened, at around 3.35am on Sunday 26 June.
The man is understood to have been wearing a distinctive black face mask.
Glossop Police Safer Neighbourhood Team is appealing for anyone with CCTV, a video doorbell or dash cam footage that was recording on High Street West at the time, or anyone who may know an owner of the aforementioned mask, to get in touch.
