Fire crews were called and staff were evacuated at Carpenter Ltd this morning (Tuesday).
Firefighters from Glossop Fire Station attended the site at Dinting Lodge Industrial Estate at around 8.36am.
However, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that this was a false alarm due to a fault on the system.
