A 13-year-old boy was threatened by a girl who claimed she was armed with a knife during a robbery in Glossop.
The youngster was robbed of their e-scooter by a group of five girls who are believed to be around 17-18 years of age and wearing hoodies.
After being threatened, the boy handed over the scooter and was not physically hurt during the incident.
It happened at around 12.45am on Monday (3 January), close to Glossop Caravans in Brookfield.
Police, who are investigating, are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and may be able to help with their enquiries.
