Dashcam appeal after two motorcyclists die in A6 crash

Officers investigating a fatal collision near Buxton are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.

Police were called to reports of a collision on the A6 between Buxton and Dove Holes at around 10.18am on Sunday 18 August.

The collision, which occurred near Tom Thorn, involved two motorbikes and a car.

Two motorcyclists, both men in their 20s, were pronounced dead at the scene. Their families are aware and our thoughts are with them at this time.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident as well as anyone with dashcam footage.
