Can you help Glossopdale Foodbank?

Glossopdale Foodbank is appealing for donations of tinned items to help feed local families in need this winter.

Glossop's main foodbank currently needs:

Tinned hot dogs
Tinned meatballs
Tinned custard
Tinned pasta
Tinned fruit (peach slices/fruit cocktail)
Tinned potatoes
Corned beef
UHT semi-skimmed/whole milk
Meat meals such as tinned stewing steak or chicken in sauce

Donation drop-off points are at the Co-op in Simmondley, Tesco in Glossop and Marks & Spencer in Glossop.

Alternatively, donations can be taken to Glossopdale Foodbank, based at Unit 5 on Brookfield Industrial Estate on Peakdale Road, between 9am and 11am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
