Attempted theft of vehicle in Chapel

Police are appealing for CCTV and dash cam footage after the attempted theft of a motor vehicle in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

It happened on Manchester Road - understood to be close to Frith View - at around midnight on Saturday (8 January).

No further details have been released by Buxton Police's Safer Neighbourhood Team, who are investigating.

Anyone with footage or who witnessed anything suspicious in the area is asked to contact 101, quoting incident number 25-080122.
