A624 Chunal Lane closed due to accident

A624 Chunal Lane, Glossop, is closed due to a serious accident between Turnlee Road and Monks Road that occurred earlier this morning.

A spokesperson from Derbyshire Constabulary said:

“Officers were called to a report of a serious collision on the A624 at Chunal, near Glossop this morning just before 9.30am.

“Road closures are in place on the stretch of the A624 to the junction with Monks Road and the junction with Turnlee Road.

The road is likely to remain closed for several hours so please avoid the area and take alternative routes where possible.”
