The Helping Hands New Mills Food Bank is urging those who are suffering financial hardship to get in touch.
The group run by volunteers offers help to those in need, whatever the reason, and realise making that first call to them can be daunting so have several ways for people to get in touch.
They have a mobile phone number available to call 07425 177999 or instead they can offer a text and call back service.
The volunteers at Helping Hands help people in New Mills, Hayfield, Furness Vale, Chinley and Whaley Bridge and the surrounding areas.
