Three people have been charged in connection with a firearms discharge at a business on Minton Street, Oldham, in April 2024.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that all three have been charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life or enable another person to do so.
The individuals charged are Mohammed Adam (09/07/1992), of Croft Street, Walsall, Danyal Bashir (22/12/1999), of Dickinson Drive, Walsall and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The trio have been bailed and are due to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court on 16 January 2026.
Detective Constable Andy Pearson, from GMP’s Oldham Challenger team, said: “We have undertaken an extensive investigation following the events of last year, which has seen considerable resources and police work put into place. I am glad we have now been able to secure charges in this work: incidents like this have no place on our streets and we will continue to work to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.”
