Officers from A Relief Neighbourhood Policing Team have executed a warrant on Whitelands Road, Ashton, resulting in the discovery of a cannabis cultivation and abstraction of electricity.
A number of plants were located at the address and have now been seized. All plants have been safely transported to the police station where they will be destroyed.
A Police spokesperson said "This action demonstrates our continued commitment to tackling drug-related activity and keeping our communities safe. If you have information or concerns about suspected drug activity in your area, please report it to us."
