Tameside is gearing up for a sparkling start to the festive season as schools, businesses and community groups come together to host a series of family-friendly Christmas events across the borough this weekend.
Designed to bring our town centres to life, the celebrations will feature festive markets, Christmas fairs, creative holiday crafts, musical performances and plenty of seasonal cheer for residents of all ages.
These events not only showcase the strong community spirit that Tameside is known for but also provide an important boost for local businesses. By drawing visitors into our town centres, the festivities help support independent traders and strengthen the borough’s local economy.

- Dukinfield Town Hall – Friday 21 November, 5pm–6:30pm
- Denton Civic Square – Saturday 22 November, 12pm–8pm
