Droylsden-born beauty mogul Paige Louise Williams is once again redefining the industry with the launch of her first-ever permanent retail destination, P.Louise City, set to open this Autumn at Manchester’s Trafford Palazzo.

The viral brand, which has amassed a global following for its bold aesthetics and empowering message, will unveil a 19,000 sqft two-floor immersive experience that promises to shake up the traditional beauty retail model. This new chapter cements the brand’s meteoric rise from humble beginnings in Droylsden to a full-blown international beauty powerhouse.

“This isn’t just shelves and tills,” says founder and CEO Paige Louise. “This is a full-blown P.Louise City built by and for our community. It’s about creating memorable moments from the second you step through the doors.”

More than just a shop, P.Louise City will offer a fully experiential concept – complete with ever-changing interiors, interactive zones, bookable experiences, and spaces built for content creation. With themed sections like the P.Louise Pharmacy, P.Louise Supermarket and even a dance floor.

While the P.Louise HQ and training academy in Stockport remain the creative core of the brand, this new Trafford Palazzo destination is set to be its most public-facing venture yet – a space where fans can immerse themselves in the world of makeup, skincare, body care, and haircare across a fully accessible layout.

Leandra Dwyer, Asset Manager at Peel Retail & Leisure, shared her excitement: “The opening of P.Louise’s first permanent flagship store at Trafford Palazzo marks a significant milestone for the brand and a proud moment for our team. The bold and immersive retail concept set to launch at P. Louise’s city store aligns seamlessly with the core vision of Trafford Palazzo – to deliver an extraordinary blend of experiential shopping and entertainment at TraffordCity, the UK’s foremost retail and leisure destination.”

To mark the grand opening, an exclusive launch event is being planned – and fans who subscribe to the P.Louise WhatsApp broadcast channel will be the first to receive insider details, exclusive previews, and early access to product drops.

Hoardings are set to go live soon, giving visitors a first look at the concept ahead of its Autumn opening.
