Charity day promises live music, competitions and family fun at The Masons

The Masons in Dukinfield is set to host a special charity day in support of Maisie Moo’s Missions and Lila’s Light.

The event will take place on Sunday, August 30, at The Masons, 107 Oxford Road, Dukinfield, with a full day of live entertainment, activities and fundraising.

Music will get underway at 1pm, with performances from a talented line-up of local artists. Jack Curly will open the event, followed by Wes Brielely at 2pm, Anita Louise at 3pm, Emilie Quimby at 4pm, Helen Charnock at 4.30pm, Lee Ashley at 5pm and Chris Brooks at 6pm.

DJ Dave Dee will host throughout the day, helping to keep the atmosphere going as visitors enjoy the entertainment and support the two charities.

There will also be a range of activities, including darts and pool competitions, a raffle, tombola and food. A charity football match between Masons FC and Masons Veterans will take place at Blockstages, with a 10pm kick-off.

Organisers are inviting local people, families and supporters to come along, enjoy the live music and take part in the fundraising activities.

The charity day promises to be an enjoyable community event while raising vital support for Maisie Moo’s Missions and Lila’s Light.
