In a post on Facebook, Tameside Council said: “For everyone wishing to pay tribute to Ricky, a book of condolence will be open to sign at Hyde Town Hall.”

The book will be available to sign from today, Wednesday 17th September, and will be available Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm.

The book will then be presented to Ricky’s family.
