
Greater Manchester Police are appealing for information following a fatal road collision on the M60 near Stockport on Saturday 12th July.
Emergency services were called shortly after 1:40pm on Saturday 12th of July, to reports of a collision involving a motorbike on the anti-clockwise side of the motorway between junctions 25 and 24.
The motorway was closed, and the air ambulance was seen at the scene.
A 58-year-old man was taken to hospital from the scene with life-threatening injuries, the man later died in hospital yesterday (Monday 14th July).
Greater Manchester Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit is conducting enquiries. Officers also want to thank members of the public who stopped by the roadside to give the man initial first aid.
